Outcomes & Lessons
The redesigned FAO Colombia website received positive feedback from users, with increased engagement and a higher conversion rate for key actions on the site. The project highlighted the importance of user-centred design in creating a more engaging and effective website for the FAO in Colombia. The lessons learned included the value of user research, collaboration with stakeholders, and ongoing usability testing to ensure a positive user experience.

Outline Overview
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is an international organization that aims to eradicate hunger, promote sustainable agriculture, and ensure food security worldwide. The FAO website in Colombia provides valuable information and resources related to food and agriculture, as well as updates on FAO projects and initiatives in the country.
Problem Statement
The FAO Colombia website for this project is outdated and not user-friendly, making it difficult for users to find the information they need. This has resulted in a lack of engagement with the site and a decrease in the dissemination of important information related to food and agriculture in the country.
Users & Audience
The primary users of the FAO Colombia website are government officials, farmers, agricultural workers, NGOs, and researchers interested in food security and sustainable agriculture practices in the country. The audience also includes the general public who are looking for information on food and agriculture-related topics.

Roles & Responsibilities
As a UX specialist, I conducted a comprehensive audit of the FAO Colombia website, identified usability issues, and provided recommendations for improvements. I collaborated with stakeholders within FAO Colombia to understand their goals and objectives for the website and ensure that the user experience aligned with their overall mission.
Scope & Constraints
The scope of the project included conducting user research, creating personas, developing user journey maps, and redesigning the website based on best practices in UX design. However, the constraints of the project included limited resources and a tight timeline for implementation.
